Stan bought two floral beekeeping veils while traveling over seas. Each time I wore one to a beekeeping event, people would comment, “You should sell these!” I agreed and hit the sewing room.
These pretty hat and veil combinations will provide medium protection during beekeeping. They may also be used as a gardening hat, mosquito net, to remove wasps and more!
You never know when you will need an extra veil. It is easy to store and useful if you want to take a friend beekeeping with you.
Made with sturdy wire, fabric, and fiberglass mesh.
TO USE: This veil is long enough to tuck into your collar for more sting-resistance, or may be worn untucked. Pair with long sleeve shirt, long pants, and sturdy shoes for more protection.
Beekeepers may be stung wearing any type of beekeeping protective clothing. Use at your own risk.
