  • We assume you will keep European Honey Bees.
  • The material in this class applies best to temperate regions with a winter season, but can be adapted to other climates.
  • You will have most success as a new beekeeper if you keep bees in a Langstroth hive, but you can adapt this course to fit other hive styles. (Top Bar, Warré, and other Hives are considered “Intermediate” hives.)
