The honey Company is the best company i have ever bought my bees from. much better to work with than others i have dealt with. my second time buying bees i had bought a couple of queens and two 3 lbs packages ( and later on a nuc) and was pretty new to transferring the package to a hive . While doing so , my queen flew away. and i was quite disappointed (Quite mad actually) but with a knew package of bees without a queen i was desperate to get my hands on another queen. after speaking to the honey company over the phone i arranged to go back to the home where i picked up my bees earlier that day and buy a new queen on a price we had discussed. on arrival at the home around 10:00 pm i met with the owner and was prepared to pay him for a new queen. after retrieving a queen out of one of the extra hives he had purchased i went to hand him the money and he said you know what don’t worry about it and told me to keep the money seeing how i was new to bee keeping . i remember that night as i was heading over to his house shortly after my queen had flown away i was so upset about the whole situation ( i had a friend with me that had watched the whole thing and about died laughing at me when my queen flew. he than went with me to pick up the new queen ) and when i left their home my heart was completely touched at the mans generosity and kindness for someone he did not know and , for something he dint have any obligation to show to me. i went home over-joyed about the way i was treated. the honey company is my company for bee keeping and i would recommend them to anyone who would like a knew hobby or has been beekeeping for many years. Anyone who would treat a customer this way has won my respect and Trust. And once again i Fully know he had no obligation to do what he did for me out of the kindness of his heart.
