The Honey Company generously sent me a sample of their Go Honey honey pouches. I was thrilled when I opened up the package because I love honey. The Honey Company’s honey struck a particular chord with me because their honey is raw and unfiltered, meaning that the honey goes through no processing beside the basic extraction of the honey from the comb. Since the honey is raw, the flavor is extraordinary and much more complex. I loved how it squeezed out of the plastic pouch easily, and without a mess. (And, a few extra side notes about The Honey Company’s plastic pouch: -not to worry- the plastic is BPA and phthalate free. Plus, these pouches are resealable, with a screw on cap). . .
